The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in data operations within financial services, with proven leadership in managing data onboarding and operational teams. You’ll oversee incident management, define SLAs and KPIs, and ensure data reliability across the firm. Qualifications

• 6+ years in data operations, technology operations, or platform operations roles within financial services.
• Experience managing multi-asset class data (equities, commodities, or fixed income).
• Strong familiarity with data ingestion and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational accountability for the Data Platform.
• Define, govern, and continuously improve SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
• Lead triage and resolution of data platform incidents.
