Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking an integration specialist in Detroit to work hands-on with enterprise systems.

You will coordinate with external owners to implement ACCM, Paragon, and Salesforce integrations using Unqork or direct APIs, document specs, and support incident triage across boundaries. The role emphasizes collaboration, clear contracts, and practical, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with API contracts and integration specs.
• Hands-on experience with ACCM, Paragon, and Salesforce integrations.
• Ability to document integration specs including diagrams and contract files.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external system owners to implement integrations.
• Triage incidents across system boundaries and drive resolution.
• Document integration specifications with sequence diagrams and contracts.
