Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation in Detroit seeks an Integration Lead for Ecosystem Connectors to drive hands-on API integration across REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns. You will work with external system owners to ensure reliable connectivity and scalable integration architectures.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendor integration efforts, defining API contracts, and supporting incident triage while documenting integration specs and workflows.

Technical

• REST + SOAP API integration
• Kong API Gateway (routing, auth, rate limiting)
• JWT / OAuth 2.0 / Okta SSO
• MQ / event-driven patterns (async integration )
• Oracle + PostgreSQL (read both)
• Postman / API testing tooling

Integration Points (hands-on Experience Preferred)

• ACCM - agency/commission management system integration
• Paragon - Garage/SFTP/email-based policy flows
• Salesforce - Unqork plugin or direct API
• ADI-BP - ACCM access path, JWT auth layer
• pol-sync-svc - R3 submission bridge (PACMAN->Oracle sync)
• EDI / SFTP file-based integration s

Soft Skills
