Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, seeks a Tech Lead in Atlanta to guide embedded software initiatives. You will perform hands-on design, integration, and system testing across firmware, applications, and cloud interfaces, driving architecture and code quality.

In a hybrid Atlanta environment, you will collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams to deliver medical-grade solutions compliant with IEC 62304, including robust fault handling and diagnostics for IoT devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in control systems and embedded software across firmware and applications.
• Strong coding in C/C++ with exposure to C# and RTOS environments.
• Familiarity with medical device standards, especially IEC 62304.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software design, architecture, and integration efforts.
• Coordinate HW/SW interfaces, firmware updates, and system testing.
• Mentor team on best practices for fault handling and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with QA and cloud teams to ensure end-to-end quality.

Detailed job description:

• Experience in control systems with protocols like I2C, I^C, UART SPI, Bare Metal and RTOS
  
• 3+ years experience of embedded integration
• 5+years of C#
• Strong experience in Embedded app development using C#
• Solid application design and architecture skills.
• Experience integrating embedded applications with Cloud systems
• Experience in FW and hardware integration. Good experience in FW integration and E2E system testing
• Knowledge of C/C++ for FW integration is a plus.
• Hands-on with embedded Linux (Yocto) including system integration
• Experience in debugging complex systems involving firmware + Linux applications, including fault handling and diagnostics.
• Exposure to medical standards (e.g., IEC 62304) preferred
• Experience in Medical domain projects
• Should be able to help in integration of Main application with FW/HW .
