Job summary

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking an integration specialist to work across ACCM, Paragon, Salesforce and related platforms in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage with external system owners, negotiate API contracts, document specs, and triage incidents to keep cross‑system workflows running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with integration points and API contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with external system owners and stakeholders.
• Document integration specs and data flows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external system owners to align on integration points.
• Negotiate and finalize API contracts for cross-system flows.
• Triage incidents across system boundaries to ensure service continuity.
• Document sequence diagrams, contract files and integration details.
