Job summary

Cleverbridge is seeking an Integrations Developer (Workato) on a contract basis for about 20 hours per week with potential to transition to full-time. Required: degree in CS/Engineering, 3+ years software development, 1+ year hands-on with Workato or similar iPaaS (Azure Logic Apps, Celigo, Mulesoft).

This is a contract role requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

About the Role

As the client-facing Professional Services’ Integration team evolves, with more clients onboarded and an increasing number of Workato integrations active, there is a need to manage all resources under a single manager and department strategy.

The Integrations Developer (Workato) is an independent contributor. This resource is accountable for design and development of high quality, client-facing deliverables and driving success in meeting department goals/KPIs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supports the scoping and feasibility analysis of Workato integration requests.
  • Provide solution documentation and development estimates.
  • Designs reusable and well structured integrations.
  • Collaborates with project resources, internally and externally, to understand integration needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Accountable for development of integrations that align with the company's objectives and technology roadmap
  • Maintains a high level of technical expertise, keeping up with industry trends and advancements in iPaaS and SaaS solutions.
  • Quality Assurance - ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
Bug fixes and monitoring
  • Actions on bug fix and error handling as prioritized by management.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in software development, with a focus on iPaaS and SaaS technologies.
  • 1 year or more of hands‑on experience working with Workato or other iPaaS platform, Azure Logic Apps, Celigo, Mulesoft or similar.
  • Knowledge of SaaS integration and data flow automation, specifically with CRM systems like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Experience in API development, ETL processes, event-driven systems, REST/JSON, SOAP/XML.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create clear and concise client-facing documentation.
  • Ability to synthesize business requirements into technical requirements in Workato.
  • Motivated to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems.
