Job summary

Horizon3.ai is a fully remote cybersecurity company building NodeZero integrations to connect with customer security tools. The Software Engineer on the Integrations Delivery & Support team designs and maintains first‑party connectors to EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and ITSM platforms, ensuring reliable, well‑documented integrations that customers can configure without support calls.

You will own the full integration lifecycle, collaborating with the IDS Engineering Manager and a senior engineer to deliver

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building production integrations or connectors against third-party APIs.
• Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and handling auth token refresh, pagination, rate limiting, partial failures, and schema drift.
• Ability to read and translate third-party API documentation into reliable connectors.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship first-party integration connectors between NodeZero and customer security platforms (EDR, SIEM, SOAR, ITSM).
• Design integration schemas and data mappings translating NodeZero finding structures to each platform’s native format.
• Maintain and evolve existing integrations as APIs change and customer feedback surfaces gaps.
• Write integration documentation and configuration guides for customers to use without support calls.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures reported by customers or monitoring.
