Job summary

Boarhog seeks an experienced ASI Engineer to lead detailed integration analysis for CANES Hosted and HACSIM, supporting NIWC Pacific TCI. You will coordinate between network engineers and application providers, document designs, and automate repeatable tasks using PowerShell and Ansible.

Requires 10+ years of professional experience, DoD clearance preferred, and hands-on experience with OpenShift, CANES, and infrastructure automation. Strong written communications and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, Systems Engineering, etc.
• Ten (10) years of professional experience in relevant field.
• Experience with OpenShift containerization, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Python.
• Experience with CANES & related integration with tactical data feeds and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Elaboration of integration requirements gathered by the Application Engineer.
• Act as liaison between Network POR Systems Engineering/tester and application provider.
• Develop integration solutions and prepare HACSIM CANES design documentation with updates.
• Support application/system testing in lab and mitigate integration issues.
• Participate in technical reviews and development/revision of specifications and related documents.
• Maintain and validate engineering mockups of tactical network systems.
• Document repeatable processes and automate using PowerShell and Ansible with Git/BitBucket.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead execution of those plans.
