Job summary

Capital One seeks an Integration Engineer 3, Workday - Functional (HCM) to partner with product owners and HR partners in delivering Workday-based solutions across HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
• At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform.
• At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (preferred).
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment (preferred).
• Workday or Workday Pro certifications (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using EIBs (preferred).

• Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value propositions and strategies.
• Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and redesign business processes with HR partners.
• Stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
• Build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for questions on system functionality from business and technical perspectives.
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems and coordinating with the business to resolve issues.

General Responsibilities

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios

• Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
• At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
• At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment
• Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
• 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)

Chicago, IL: $119,400 - $136,200 for Integration Engineer 3

McLean, VA: $131,300 - $149,800 for Integration Engineer 3

New York, NY: $143,200 - $163,500 for Integration Engineer 3

Plano, TX: $119,400 - $136,200 for Integration Engineer 3

Richmond, VA: $119,400 - $136,200 for Integration Engineer 3

San Francisco, CA: $143,200 - $163,500 for Integration Engineer 3

San Jose, CA: $143,200 - $163,500 for Integration Engineer 3

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
