Job summary

Rygen Technologies in Greenville, SC is seeking an Integration Engineer to join our engineering team. You will build B2B connectivity using our X1 iPaaS platform, create trading partners, data pipelines, and exception flows to streamline customer workflows.

The role requires hands-on work with XML/JSON formats, REST/SOAP services, messaging systems, and Groovy scripting. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to product development while solving real logistics challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience translating and mapping data formats like XML or JSON.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and ActiveMQ.
• Proficiency in Groovy and other OO languages.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Rygen designs and builds technology solutions to empower the logistics industry. About the Role

The Integration Engineer (IE) is an key role on the engineering team. You will be directly responsible for B2B connectivity both for internal Rygen stakeholders as well as external customers. Using Rygen's AI-Enhanced X1 integration platform, you will create trading partners, integrations, data flow pipelines and exception management flows.

• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, customers and PMO team about current state

Qualifications

• Familiarity with standard data formats like XML, JSON, etc...
• Proficiency with web services - REST, SOAP, etc...
• Familiarity with messaging systems - RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc...
• Proficiency in a mainstream OOP language - we use Groovy
• Ability to work closely with others to accomplish shared mission
• Ability to receive constructive criticism and provide feedback
• Ability to maintain professional and friendly working relationships
