The Integration Architect defines the enterprise integration strategy and provides hands‑on architecture leadership for its adoption. This role establishes reusable patterns and standards, guides platform rationalization and modernization, and partners with delivery teams to create secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable integrations across custom applications, SaaS platforms, COTS products, data platforms, legacy systems, and external partners.
Owns and develops strategic and operational goals for area of expertise. Focuses on operational plans with short‑to‑mid‑term impact on the organization (e.g., 1– 2 years). Directs activities that have significant impact on the achievement of results for the area. Recommends and implements new products, processes, policies or operating plans in support of area’s strategy and operations.
Frequently responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees across the organization within area of expertise. Typically, responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the company, involving large cross‑functional teams.
Requires mastery level knowledge of area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have deep knowledge of project and program management. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8–10 years of prior relevant experience.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Developer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Kubernetes, or TOGAF are preferred but not required.
May require travel.
