Job summary

Qualis LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Data Manager responsible for developing and delivering high-fidelity threat system products for DoD customers. The role includes managing Integrated Threat Packages (ITPs), software applications, storage, shipment labeling, and DoD compliant documentation.

The candidate must be detail oriented, able to visualize and coordinate final product delivery, and possess an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in a technical field, or six years in lieu of a degree; master's with one year experience.
• Familiarity with DoD regulations for generating, marking, and shipping classified products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a team to achieve goals.
• Understanding of DoD guidance for marking classified documents and tracking, storing, and cataloging products.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with basic Linux commands.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the integration and distribution of deliverable threat products.
• Implement procedures and coordinate with production team to account for all deliverables.
• Manage receipt of software requests and coordinate delivery to stakeholders.
• Understand levels of classified information and apply in all communications.
• Interface with stakeholders to address needs and minimize impacts to deliverables.
• Support integration of addendum products using an organized tracking system.
• Maintain databases for tracking changes and deliveries.
• Participate in process improvements and update procedures.
• Assist in Data Management Plan implementation and work instructions.
• Coordinate, track, and deliver data for multiple contract orders.
• Assist in writing technical and non-technical documentation.
• Create templates to ensure consistent labeling and packaging.
