Job summary

VLink Inc. is seeking an experienced testing leader to manage end-to-end testing across warehouse automation projects.

You will drive test strategy, governance, and readiness for go-live while coordinating with system integrators, automation vendors, and business stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in test management, PMO, or release management, plus hands-on experience with WMS/WCS platforms and warehouse automation environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Test Management, Test PMO, or Release Management.
• End-to-end testing across FIT, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Test governance including strategy, planning, and defect management.
• Experience with warehouse automation (AS/RS, conveyors, sortation).
• System integration knowledge: WMS/WCS, PLCs, host interfaces.
• Knowledge of warehouse/DC operations and real-world workflows.
• Multi-vendor coordination with system integrators and vendors.
• PMO leadership, governance, risk and stakeholder reporting.
• Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
• Readiness management: gates, cutover criteria, go-live readiness.
• Extended implementation involving testing through go-live and hypercare.
• Experience with large-scale warehouse automation and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy and governance across programs.
• Coordinate testing activities among system integrators, automation vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure acceptance criteria and go-live readiness are met.
• Oversee defect management, reporting, and quality governance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Business SMEs for test scenarios.

Position Summary:

• 8+ years – Test Management, Test PMO, Program/Project Management, or Release Management.
• End-to-end testing – FIT, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Test governance – test strategy/planning, execution, defect management, reporting, quality governance.
• Warehouse automation – direct experience with AS/RS, conveyors, sortation, and automated material-handling equipment.
• System integration knowledge – WMS, WCS, PLC, host systems, interfaces, and integration between warehouse software and automation.
• Warehouse/DC operations – understands real operational workflows and can validate test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Multi-vendor coordination – system integrators, automation vendors, technology partners, and business/technical stakeholders.
• PMO & leadership – governance, risks, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and readiness management.
• Tools – JIRA, Confluence, or comparable platforms.
• Readiness management – measurable acceptance criteria, testing gates, cutover criteria, and go-live readiness.
• Extended implementation – able to stay engaged through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

• Large-Scale Supply Chain / Distribution: Experience with large-scale supply chain, distribution center, warehouse management, warehouse automation, or ASRS implementations.
• WMS/WCS Platforms: Hands-on experience with Manhattan, WAMAS, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or comparable WMS/WCS platforms.
• Automation & Controls: Experience integrating and testing ASRS, conveyors, sortation, PLC controls, automated material handling systems, and WCS.
• Greenfield / Transformation: Experience supporting greenfield distribution centers, major warehouse transformations, or complex automation deployments.
• Multi-Vendor Testing: Experience managing integrated testing across system integrators, automation OEMs, software vendors, and warehouse/business operations teams.
• Operational & Performance Testing: Experience validating throughput, performance, availability, equipment rates, and operational scenarios within automated warehouse environments.
