Job summary

Intelligent Video Solutions LLC, a Wisconsin-based software and hardware provider, seeks an Integrated System Assembler to join the operations team in Sussex. You will build and configure ROAM carts and IVS accessories, draft assembly procedures, and support inventory and shipping functions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and initiative in a fast-growing tech environment. Expect safety-conscious warehouse duties and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple duties efficiently and accurately.
• Strong independent work ethic; no micro-management.
• General understanding of AV technology is helpful.
• Knowledge of Office software and Warehouse Management Systems (Fishbowl) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble ROAM Carts and IVS accessories.
• Draft and update assembly procedures and product revisions.
• Assemble and configure IVS appliances.
• Back up the Shipping and Receiving Department.
• Perform pre-fabrication/assembly/configuration duties as needed.
• Test defective equipment for warranty returns.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Housekeeping duties in the warehouse and safety compliance.
