Job summary

Poudre School District in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks a Paraprofessional Integrated Services II to support students with significant needs under the supervision of teachers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs is a plus.
• Education/experience can be combined to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher by providing instruction and support for students with significant needs.
• Assist with personal care, social skills, and self-awareness.
• Implement behavior support strategies and monitor student progress.
• Maintain records and help with documentation for IEP meetings.
