Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking an Integrated Scheduler in Gulfport, MS. You will develop and maintain enterprise schedules linking milestones, production sequencing, capacity forecasts, and ERP data.

You will work with Engineering, Production, and Finance to ensure on‑time delivery of complex programs and provide leadership with clear visibility into constraints and risks. You will utilize MS Project and Project Server to baselined schedules, perform critical‑path analyses, and translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or production planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and enterprise scheduling systems.
• Understanding of Project Server or enterprise project management environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules and manpower planning.
• Strong Excel skills including data analysis, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Experience with ERP systems and incorporating actual labor hours and costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise scheduling standards, calendars, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
• Develop and update schedules in MS Project and Project Server, ensuring resource loading and baselining.
• Guide schedule logic and sequencing; review schedules from Program Schedulers.
• Support integrated master schedule development, analysis, and recovery planning.
• Translate program schedules into production schedules; align with Operations for sequencing and capacity.
• Incorporate ERP actuals into schedule analysis to improve forecasting and variance identification.
• Develop manpower plans and capacity models to forecast staffing needs.
• Perform critical-path analysis and develop recovery plans or alternatives.
• Ensure cross-functional schedule integration across Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Facilities.
• Provide leadership with forecast dates, workload projections, and visibility into risks.
