Job summary

Blue View Builder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects, coordinating workstream owners and delivery teams to maintain an integrated master schedule. The role emphasizes schedule integrity over hands-on task management.

You will facilitate standups, align dependencies, and communicate progress to sponsors and executives, ensuring a single source of truth and timely escalation of risks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program delivery experience; multi-workstream coordination.
• Proven ownership of integrated schedules across multiple tools.
• Strong facilitation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across all workstreams, including milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate standups, workstream syncs, and cross-stream planning sessions.
• Identify cross-workstream dependencies and risks; manage RAID at program level.
• Escalate only true exceptions—decisions, resource conflicts, and dependencies.
