Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Open Plan or MS Project.
• Experience with networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including cost/schedule integration and earned value metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
• Interim secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules which validate the flow, budget and resources required to execute contractual scope and program strategy.
• Provide time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develop recommended solutions to execution conflicts.
• Coordinate development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
• Interface with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
• Devise modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statuses. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
• Experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
• Experience with fully networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including cost/schedule integration and earned value metrics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
• Interim secret security clearance

Desired Skills

• Expert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
• Experience with Acumen or similiar analytic tool
• Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
• Some experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team
• Strong sense of follow-up with strict attention to detail and quality

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $72500.00 - $134600.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $65200.00 - $121200.00
  • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
