Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead for the NASAMS Launcher Product Line in Andover, MA. You will drive cadence, metrics, and throughput, coordinating with internal factories and suppliers to meet commitments and lead matrix teams across engineering, operations, and PMOs.

Responsibilities include managing budget, schedule, and technical performance, while supporting proposals, ARs, and strategic planning for the product line.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, one of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and/or administrative functions
• Experience supporting, managing, tracking, and/or reporting through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) or similar metrics.
• Prior Program/Project Management experience specifically with cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Prior Production experience

Responsibilities

• Integrated Product Team Lead responsible as part of NASAMS launcher Product Line Execution team.
• Execute and improve cadence and actionable metrics to achieve goals and increase throughput.
• Partner with internal factories and suppliers to meet program commitments.
• Lead with influence for matrix team development; manage budget, schedule and technical performance.
