Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑disciplined project team in Radio Frequency (RF) design and development activities.
• Problem‑solving production and test issues.
• Manage design and production budget and program schedule.
• Prepare and present technical issues for program leadership and customer briefings.
• Work with a highly motivated, multi‑disciplined, and experienced team of engineers and factory personnel.

Qualifications (Required)

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Design or test experience in one or more of the following:
  • Systems engineering
  • Arrayed antennas
  • Monolithic microwave integrated circuits
  • Radio Frequency (RF) modules
  • Beam‑forming architectures
  • Power and Thermal
  • Beam control firmware/software
• Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs).
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary project teams through structured systems engineering, integration, and test activities and detailed planning to achieve on‑time/on‑schedule execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and presenting technical information to leadership and peers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with technical engineers, production personnel and support personnel.
• Experience presenting to upper‑level management.
• Providing leadership to drive tasks to completion to support budget and schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
