Raytheon is seeking a Principal RF Engineer to provide technical expertise in the design and integration of RF subassemblies for tactical missile programs. The successful candidate will work onsite in McKinney, Texas, collaborating across various engineering disciplines to deliver mission-critical solutions.

As the Principal RF Engineer, you will provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, fabrication, test, and integration of complex RF subassemblies or RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) that support radar and datalink applications for a tactical missile program. This onsite role requires designing RF/Digital technology to meet challenging mechanical constraints and extreme environments. You will collaborate with various engineering disciplines, program leadership, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, mission‑critical solutions that align with program goals and timelines.
Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
