Overview

MONO is seeking a mid-level Integrated Producer to join our growing team. Producers at MONO are seen as creators and problem solvers. They are fully immersed at the start of a project and are looked to for inspiring innovative solutions based upon the concept. They are curious, enthusiastic and have a keen knowledge of current cultural trends.

Responsibilities

We rely on Producers to assemble the best production plan based upon the opportunity and creative direction. Specifically, the Producer is responsible for putting forth the best partners for each job, maximizing the creative vision while also embracing budget and timeline realities. At MONO, every single detail matters and our Producers embody this value, never taking an eye off the details.

The most successful Producers at MONO believe in cultivating strong relationships with Creative, Account and Business Affairs teams as well as industry partners, and thrive in highly collaborative environments making cool work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of integrated content production experience in an agency setting, a portfolio of inspired integrated content that they are proud of, and a proven track-record of delivering fully-integrated campaigns that include national broadcast, print, digital and social work on-time and on-budget.

For this role, experience in the post production of stills is needed. Specifically, we're looking for a Producer who is familiar leading teams through the pre-press, keylining, file conversion, and retouching process.

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Travel is required.
