Crossover Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of a multi-disciplinary primary care service. You will oversee an interdisciplinary team, guide care delivery and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic workflows.

You will co-lead team huddles, manage staffing, and drive patient experience while upholding quality and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership and bilingual communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• 3+ years leading a multi-speciality clinic operation.
• 3+ years staffing and managing a team.
• 3+ years using health analytics information.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and administrative operations of the multi-disciplinary primary care service.
• Co‑lead clinic-wide huddles and team meetings for efficient care delivery.
• Manage staff schedules and PRN pools for optimal coverage.
• Hire, coach and develop nursing and care staff.
• Coordinate with Triad and care team on client outreach and clinic utilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and perform quality checks.
