Crossover Health is seeking an experienced clinician to provide patient-centered primary care within our multidisciplinary team. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with care navigation and ancillary teams to elevate patient outcomes.
Board-certified, licensed in the state, with at least 5 years in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, you will participate in quality programs and ensure adherence to policies, including after-hours availability as needed.
