Job summary

Crossover Health in Purchase, NY is seeking a Clinic Manager to support an exceptional patient experience and guide the clinical and administrative operations of the multi-disciplinary, integrated primary care service.

The Clinic Manager leads staffing, onboarding, supervision, and care coordination, partners with the Triad and care teams to maximize clinic utilization, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership in a multi-site operation.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience opening, operating and managing a multi-speciality clinic.
• Minimum 3 years of experience staffing and managing a team of employees.
• Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing health analytics information.

Responsibilities

• Implement Crossover’s standards of care and operations workflows.
• Provide patient care, including phlebotomy and immunization services.
• Resolves customer inquiries in connection with clinic services and hours of operations.
• Handle inventory, orders, and replenish medical supplies.
• Co-leading clinic-wide huddles and ensuring the team is informed of communications.
• Manage the schedule for efficiencies and optimal staff coverage.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff; assist in onboarding and training.
• Provide guidance to care team members, including nurses and navigators.
• Partner with care teams to maximize client outreach and clinic utilization.
• Identify opportunities to enhance current services and implement new ones.
• Lead events supporting client goals and health strategies.
• Coordinate with IT/TechOps on support requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
