Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don’t manage.
• Strong organizational instincts: prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain momentum.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders and build partnerships.
• Clear, concise communication.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and able to structure work without a playbook.
• Analytically capable: interpret revenue models and build a business case.
• Familiarity with financial services and payments industry is a bonus.
• Experience in or alongside a formal strategy or growth function.

Responsibilities

• Track segment revenue targets, surface blockers, and redirect attention as needed.
• Prepare materials and analyses enabling senior leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions.
