Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in growth, strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams you don’t manage.
• Strong organizational instincts to prioritize and move multiple workstreams.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Clear, concise communication and comfort in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution, strategy development, and growth initiatives for Integrated Payments.
• Drive segment growth strategy; track revenue targets and surface blockers early.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for senior leadership decisions.
• Align strategic investments with the segment’s vision and long-term growth.
