Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Planning in Summit, NJ, to lead end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning transformation within the North America GPEx team. The role focuses on governance, process design, and deployment of advanced planning capabilities across the NA region.

You will partner with Global Process Owner, IT, and Data teams to drive change, adoption, and continuous improvement aligned with Global Planning maturity. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain Planning or related field.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning and IBP.
• Experience implementing advanced planning systems (Kinaxis preferred).
• Willing to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state process design and harmonization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable planning capabilities.
• Partner with IT and implementation partners on SAP, S/4HANA and Kinaxis solution design.
• Lead business testing, deployment readiness, hypercare and stabilization.
• Develop and execute change management, communications, training and adoption strategies.
• Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional governance.
• Monitor KPIs, benefits realization and planning maturity.
• Define and lead initiatives to enhance foundational processes and standard ways of working.
• Deliver training on new processes and system functionalities.
