Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead SKU-level demand forecasting within the IBP framework in a hybrid North America-based role. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning to build accurate demand plans using SAP Demand Planning and monitor forecast accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years of business experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including vLookups and pivot tables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix environment with initiative.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level demand forecasts using SAP DP within the IBP process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, & Supply Planning) to inform demand plans.
• Quantify forecast gaps and lead cross-functional forecast reviews; monitor MAPE and forecast accuracy.
