Community Health Center Of Lubbock in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient services to children, adolescents, and adults within an integrated care team.

The role involves assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment, with emphasis on trauma-informed care and Medicaid compliance, across the lifespan.

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, with some weekend/evening work; travel not typically required. Join a multidisciplinary setting focused on whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and Texas licensure eligibility.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services across lifespan preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients of various ages.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in the EHR and coordinate care with team.
