Qualifications

• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day medical, vision, and behavioral health service delivery.
• Manage resources, personnel, and workflows for efficient services.
• Develop and implement medical protocols with the COO.
• Monitor provider utilization, schedules, panel capacity, visit volume, and no-show rates.
• Oversee medical records and EHR systems.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; conduct annual reviews.
• Prepare reports, manage budgets, ensure safety standards.
• Direct disbursement Cancer fund and specialty fund with COO.
• Support professional development and policy creation.
• Accounts Payable.
• Other duties as assigned.
