Job summary

CACI seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to support our program and regional leadership and project teams. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, maintain schedules, and ensure efficient communication among team members and stakeholders.

You will develop and maintain complex schedules using project management tools, track milestones, and prepare meetings, agendas, and minutes, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• TS/SCI with Poly.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM and MS Project.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Coordinate project activities and resources across departments.
• Monitor timelines and flag delays or conflicts.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation in ServiceNow and other tools.
• Support the development of project integrated master schedules, reports and presentations.
• Identify and escalate potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
