GXM Technologies LLC is looking for an Integrated Master Scheduler in Colorado Springs, CO. You will support defense and space mission programs by managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinating across technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and have experience in Agile delivery.

This role may offer hybrid flexibility. A Bachelor's degree and U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance are mandatory. Competitive salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 with benefits including bonuses and health coverage.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in program scheduling or Agile delivery.
• Experience with critical path analysis and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Identify and manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination meetings for schedule alignment.
