Job summary

Exelon is seeking an analytical Schedule Support professional to assist Sr. Project Controls staff and Project Managers. You will develop detailed critical path schedules, run earned value metrics, and support project closeout.

Responsibilities include creating IMS views, resource loading, and maintaining schedule baselines across projects, with potential extended hours during storms or energy events. Strong Excel/Primavera P6 skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technical Field.
• 2–4 years related experience, or 3–6 years in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to build a schedule from an estimate, a diagram or scope.
• Strong analytical skills and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with PC software including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project, Asset Suite 8, Primavera P6.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules for managed work.
• Create IMS and portfolio views; provide resource loading and utilization.
• Develop standard schedule templates and adjust start/finish dates.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting.
• Interface with departments; promote diversity, inclusion and high performance.
• Ensure schedules are baselined and maintained; support project closeout.
