Job summary

GSTC seeks an experienced Project Manager/Integrated Master Scheduler to support NOAA in Silver Spring, MD. The role requires mastery of project planning tools, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira, with proficiency in both waterfall and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on science or technology management, software development, information technology or project management in general.
• Five to ten years of master scheduler project experience in support of senior leadership, preferably in science, cloud migration, and government sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as an Integrated Master Scheduler with expertise in software planning tools.
• Coordinate enterprise level data management and project timeline mapping.
• Plan milestones, map to WBS and facilitate iterations in NOAA satellite missions.
• Manage a schedule control board and ensure progress in both waterfall and Agile environments.
