Job summary

Government Technical Services Corporation seeks a Project Manager/Integrated Master Scheduler to join our GST unit in Silver Spring, MD, supporting NOAA. Hybrid work arrangement, senior PM responsibilities across software planning tools, with strong IMS and schedule governance.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of master scheduling experience in science/government spaces, and are proficient with MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira. Bachelor's degree in science/tech management is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with emphasis on science/tech management, software development or PM.
5–10 years of master scheduler experience, supporting senior leadership in government/science sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead project management and IMS planning for software/missions programs.
Plan milestones and map to work breakdown structures; manage schedules.
Utilize MS Project, Smartsheet and Jira for scheduling across waterfall and Agile methods.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and NOAA-related projects to ensure timely delivery.
