Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be Secret-level with SCI eligibility per job posting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities per SMP.
• Prepare and analyze schedules and reports per program requirements.
• Perform schedule updates, recovery plans, and what-if scenarios as needed.
• Establish and monitor milestones and significant accomplishment criteria.
• Develop and manage schedules communicated to project teams and stakeholders.
• Support data collection and interpretation of timelines.

Boarhog is accepting applications for an Integrated Master Scheduler - Mid Level to support the Internal Cyberspace Operations- Navy Suite (ICO-NS) (formerly known as CND-TS). This is a full time position in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with program and/or project requirements
• Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's Schedule Management Plan (SMP)
• Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required
• Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
• Develop and manage a program's and/or project's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders
• Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines
• Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analysis
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)

• No less than Secret, with qualified candidates required to be SCI eligible (i.e. ability to get read-in quickly, not awaiting adjudication or in need of Foreign Exception Package).
