Job summary

Boarhog in San Diego, CA is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler at mid level to support ICO-NS. This full-time role requires coordinating, developing, and managing schedules in line with SMP.

You will perform critical path analysis, data interpretation, and tracking toward milestones, communicating with all project stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of IMS experience are required, with eligibility for Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).

Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in Integrated Master Scheduling or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with program and/or project requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's SMP.
  • Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and 'what-if' schedules as required.
  • Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
  • Develop and manage a program's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders.
  • Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.
  • Perform IMS critical path, schedule slack, and task predecessor/successor networking analysis.
  • Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).

Boarhog is accepting applications for an Integrated Master Scheduler - Mid Level to support the Internal Cyberspace Operations- Navy Suite (ICO-NS) (formerly known as CND-TS). This is a full time position in San Diego, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with program and/or project requirements
  • Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the program's and/or project's Schedule Management Plan (SMP)
  • Perform schedule update procedures, recovery plans and "what-if" schedules as required
  • Establish and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
  • Develop and manage a program's and/or project's schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders

CLEARANCE
  • No less than Secret, with qualified candidates required to be SCI eligible (i.e. ability to get read-in quickly, not awaiting adjudication or in need of Foreign Exception Package).
