Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Project Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule for a high-volume defense IT program. You will align resources, manage dependencies, and ensure schedule accuracy across multiple teams.

The role requires government scheduling expertise, proactive data governance, and clear briefings to program leadership and government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal IT project scheduling.
• Expert-level management of Integrated Master Schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting O&M or IT service delivery.
• Strong data accuracy and governance in schedules.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and govern the IMS for numerous O&M projects.
• Lead consolidation of schedules across multiple teams.
• Exercise authority over schedule-driven resource allocation.
• Provide scheduling support to delivery team leads.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all schedule inputs and milestones.
• Analyze risks, critical paths, and variances; recommend actions.
• Produce schedule reports and briefings for leadership and government stakeholders.
