Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to ensure CIS delivers a seamless, low risk transition and maintains mission operations. You will build and baseline the IMS, align milestones with program objectives, and work across engineering, operations, and tech refresh efforts to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires 3+ years scheduling experience in DoD/IC or engineering environments, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and expertise with MS Project, Planner, and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience using project management and scheduling tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira).
• Familiarity with Service Central.
• 3+ years scheduling experience in DoW, IC, or engineering environments.
• US citizenship is required.
• Location: Onsite.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) within the Knowledge Management (KM) portal, ensuring alignment with contractual and program objectives
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule health checks, and risk identification across engineering, operational, and tech refresh milestones
• Collaborate closely with Program Management and Technical Delivery Teams to develop synchronized schedules that support all phases of CIS mission execution
• Track progress, monitor variances, and recommend or implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity and on-time delivery
• Communicate schedule impacts, dependencies, and forecasts to leadership, ensuring informed decision‑making and mission continuity
• Support transition activities by sequencing legacy and new contract workflows, providing visibility into resource loading, task sequencing, and readiness for transition gates
