Lyntris is seeking an experienced and fast-learning Lead Cyber Engineer to provide senior technical leadership and Navy-focused software design solutions for Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization (A&A). This position requires a strategic-minded leader capable of interpreting and translating mission requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions while ensuring compliance with Department of War and Navy cybersecurity standards.
Day-to-day efforts include working with highly talented professionals to design, implement, and monitor cyber security and information assurance policies for mission-critical software systems used by US Navy warfighters. This position serves as the senior engineering authority responsible for cybersecurity engineering, compliance, and technical execution across multiple applications and development teams.
Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.
