Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a Project Schedule Engineer to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for all projects and tasks in support of the C3I&N Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

The role focuses on IMS planning, coordination across PMO teams, and producing IMS artifacts using MS Project, while ensuring DoD process compliance and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project scheduling and coordination, including DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Advanced scheduling tooling knowledge and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate IMS activities among PMO disciplines.
• Provide IMS products (GANTT charts, diagrams, etc.).
• Support system acquisition processes and incorporate key schedule requirements.
• Assist requirements development and plan preparation; assess feasibility.
• Communicate objectives, plans, and status to customer and management.
• Initiate corrective actions to achieve end results.
