  • 7+ years leading social strategy across major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of building awareness and consideration.
  • Hands-on experience owning influencer and creator marketing end to end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, managing partnerships, and measuring ROI.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social communities—day-to-day operations, growth, engagement campaigns, content strategy, and measurement.
  • Successful experience partnering on employer branding initiatives and supporting the development of a strong internal and external brand narrative.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web and social media analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Tableau).
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new programs from the ground up, with a collaborative style that influences cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with consumer fintech or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be a brand ambassador. Act as a champion and guardian of the Credit Genie brand executing our positioning, voice, and visual identity consistently across every touchpoint, and building brand awareness and consideration through on-brand creative and brand-building programs, including brand campaigns across channels such as OOH, video, and digital.
  • Build and own social strategy. Establish Credit Genie's social media strategy from the ground up and own it end to end across all major platforms. Partner with the design team to develop campaigns, manage the content pipeline and editorial calendar, maintain a consistent brand presence, and tailor content to the strengths and audience of each platform.
  • Own influencer and creator marketing end to end. Own the strategy and execute the full program: sourcing, vetting, briefing, contracting, content review, and reporting. Turning partnerships into organic growth in following and recognition.
  • Build the employer brand. Partner with the people team to tell Credit Genie's story as a place to work. Culture and employee content that attracts talent and a strong presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Own integrated go-to-market. Translate business goals into integrated campaigns that span brand, social, influencer, PR, OOH, and lifecycle channels — owning them from concept through launch and optimization as one coherent story.
  • Be the voice of our community. Engage customers across social networks, nurture our communities, and protect brand sentiment.
  • Drive PR and communications. Lead media relations, press materials, and announcement plans; secure earned coverage; and support launches, milestones, and issues and reputation management with leadership and legal.
  • Lead across the company. Align partners across growth, design, product, customer service, and people, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority to deliver business outcomes and keep the brand consistent everywhere.
  • Measure, experiment, and optimize. Define KPIs, run tests, and turn results and consumer insight into recommendations that shape strategy and investment — using web and social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Sigma).
