Qualifications

JOB OBJECTIVE (brief statement of the core job responsibilities to be accomplished):

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, member communications, and strategic initiatives that drive member growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Retail Operations, Community Relations, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards. The position combines marketing project management, marketing operations, digital marketing support, and administrative coordination.

DIMENSIONS:
  • Supports multiple departments, Marketing, Branches, Business Development and Community Relations.
  • Concurrent management of 8-10 complex projects and 6-8 less complex projects to support a $3.5 billion credit union with more than 200,000 members.
  • Management of projects, events or campaigns with budgets up to $50,000.
  • Collaborates with department management, branch staff, and call center, as well as multiple external vendors.
  • Manages complex projects that have impact on brand and member growth, member service and credit union profitability.
  • Supports setup and execution of digital content initiatives
  • Responsible for managing the coordination and production of Monthly Member Statement Advertising
  • Responsible for managing project or event resources: employees, vendors, equipment and facilities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (reporting structure):

  • This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing.
NATURE & SCOPE: (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks, duties and responsibilities):
  • Provide direct support to Senior Manager, Marketing; as well as marketing, community relations and Business Development staff.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and member communications.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, schedules, and status reports.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support campaign execution.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for the marketing department.

  • Coordinate project deliverables, approvals, timelines, and production activities.
  • Support community events, sponsorships, and business development initiatives as needed.
