Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Process Manager to lead a unified management system across multiple factories in the SI EP NA business. You will ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance, lead audits, document control, and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Quality Engineering Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will merge policy processes into one cohesive system, manage internal audits, surveillance audits, and corrective actions, and coach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Integrated management systems supporting quality, environmental, and health & safety compliance.
• Internal audit planning, execution, findings management, and corrective action closure.
• Document control, records management, compliance documentation, and certification support.
• Cross-functional communication, project management, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve an integrated management system across multiple factories.
• Lead consolidation of policy processes into a single cohesive system with unified procedures.
• Coordinate certification activities and external surveillance audits.
• Plan, lead, and manage the internal audit program and corrective action closure.
• Coach process owners on compliance and promote a culture of quality and safety.
• Analyze audit findings and performance metrics to support leadership decisions.
