Job summary

New Directions Technologies Inc. (NDTI) seeks an Integrated Logistics Specialist - Product Support to ensure successful integration of products and services required to support ATSO delivery and schedules.

This role requires strong understanding of development programs and interactions within the WC, plus the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including military units. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• DoD security clearance eligibility for duration of employment.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience or HS/Technical Certificate with 8+ years experience.
• Strong understanding of aerospace systems and maintenance principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective communication with various stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics management operations across the 12 IPSE elements for development and sustainment.
• Manage lifecycle support activities including analysis, spares provisioning, data, training, maintenance/modifications, and facilities.
• Develop processes to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
• Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitor execution of support activities.
• Review program/engineering changes and assess product support impact.
• Aid in tasking such as meeting support, minute-taking, action tracking, and weekly reporting.
• Communicate on integrated logistics and sustainment topics with diverse stakeholders.
• Coordinate with integrated product teams and military units.
