Job summary

New Directions Technologies, Inc. invites applications for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist - Product Support at Point Mugu. You will coordinate the 12 IPSE elements throughout development and sustainment to ensure timely delivery and effective support.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. A BS plus 3 years of experience, or a high school/technical certificate with 8 years, is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree with minimum 3 years of experience, or high school/technical certificate with 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of aerospace systems and maintenance principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to logistics management operations, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating the 12 IPSE for complex systems throughout development and sustainment processes.
• Manage, monitor, and integrate product/program lifecycle support activities (support data, provisioning, training, maintenance).
• Develop processes and coordinate activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
• Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitor execution of support activities.
• Review program and engineering change proposals and assess product support impact.
• Assist in programmatic tasks such as meeting support, minute-taking, action tracking, and weekly reporting.
• Communicate effectively on integrated logistics and sustainment topics with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
