Job summary

STI-TEC, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks a seasoned lifecycle logistics professional to support cradle-to-grave development and sustainment, including systems engineering, architecture, and acquisition assistance.

You will develop product support requirements, guide assessments, manage readiness of weapon systems, and coordinate with government teams to align resources with regulatory directives. This is a full-time exempt role with a strong benefits package and opportunities in defense programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and active TS SCI clearance.
• 5+ years establishing product support strategies aligned with acquisition goals.
• Experience integrating system engineering with logistics and PSEs.
• Familiar with FACTS/DEAMS and product support elements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and programmatic assistance.
• Develop and deliver product support requirements documents.
• Refine product support resources with cross-functional teams.
• Guide assessments to inform decisions on product support elements.
• Manage support functions to field and maintain weapon system readiness.
• Oversee product support for fielded systems.
• Develop maintenance strategies and technical order management (TOMA).
