Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Manager to support a USAF office at WPAFB, Ohio.

The role focuses on active engagement and integration of 12 IPSEs within the program to ensure full Product Support integration across the Program Group. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Product Support Manager in Air Force programs, with strong communication, analytical, and planning skills, and a TS eligibility path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Support Manager experience in Air Force programs or similar
• Experience with field-level operations or design/maintenance of USAF weapons systems
• Understanding of requirements and ability to translate data into actionable tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and planning skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Preferred experience in SAP environments
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field; minor related fields preferred
• Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance, ability to attain TS clearance

Responsibilities

• Direct support to Product Support Manager and integrate IPSEs across IPTs
• Develop, modify, and validate program documentation for Product Support
• Coordinate inter-IPSE efforts to ensure interoperability with Product Support
• Support IPT meetings and program reviews with logistics insights
• Advise IPTs on data exchange requirements for logistics IT systems
• Review deficiency reports and assist in root-cause analyses
• Drive maturation of Product Support packages across the program
