Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Manager, Integrated Logistics in Lenoir, NC. The role leads material flow, inventory control, and on-time receiving and shipping at the equipment manufacturing site, driving KPI performance.

You will manage multi-project initiatives, work with North America and Global transportation teams, and mentor the materials team to optimize operations and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or logistics focus preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or transportation roles.
• Excellent oral and written communications abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
• Self-motivated team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to present to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program compliance and drive safe operations.
• Develop and evaluate policies to optimize receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Implement inventory controls to maintain optimal stock for production.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales to ensure timely shipments.
• Resolve critical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory turns, reduce waste, and improve material availability.
